Maria Tomcek Ginsburg is a REALTOR® with The Gleeson Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, a President’s Circle (Top 5%) team and 2025 Chairman’s Circle–recognized small team ranked within the top one-half of one percent nationally. With 25 years of residential real estate experience, Maria has personally closed more than $45 million in career sales and brings decades of market knowledge to buyers and sellers across Coastal San Diego.

Raised in a real estate family, Maria developed an early understanding of contracts, negotiation, and market cycles long before obtaining her license. In addition to her personal production, she previously managed operations for three high-producing La Jolla real estate agents and was instrumental in supporting more than 600 successful closings, overseeing contracts, compliance, transaction coordination, and strategic marketing at a high-production level. This operational depth strengthens her pricing strategy and contract execution.

Maria serves clients throughout La Jolla, Del Mar, Olivenhain, University City, Pacific Beach, Clairemont, Bay Park, Bay Ho, Hillcrest, and surrounding coastal communities. She specializes in luxury and coastal homes, trust and estate sales, first-time buyers, investment properties, lease listings, senior downsizing and life transitions, and out-of-town buyers and sellers. The majority of her business is referral-based, reflecting long-standing client trust within the San Diego community.

Maria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from San Diego State University, graduating magna cum laude. Her education informs her client-centered approach and ability to navigate complex personal transitions with professionalism and care.
