Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of San Diego, graduating magna cum laude, and began her career in finance and marketing in New York City before returning to San Diego to pursue real estate. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist and co-founder of Young Masterminds of La Jolla, a professional real estate networking group. Working alongside her mother, Jeannie Gleeson—who brings over 35 years of San Diego real estate experience—the Gleeson Team blends generational expertise with modern, data-driven strategy.
