Following in the footsteps of her mother, Jeannie Gleeson in the same office, Kelly successfully closed 18 transactions, representing more than $11 million in sales, in 2015, her first 

year as an agent. Experiencing continual growth in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 with over 80 successful transactions.

WOW… I can hardly believe I have been in the real estate industry for over 19 years. I have had the privilege to work with over 700 clients both with residential transactions as well as commercial. Investing my time to be a leading expert in the San Diego market is critical to continue to offer the needed advice to my Buyers and Sellers. I have also learned that communication needs to be a high priority throughout every aspect of the process. I make sure I approach each of my clients like they are the only ones I am working with.  

Giving back to my community is a passion of mine. This past year I was voted by The Charitable Foundation to represent the agents in my La Jolla office. Already this year we have been able to raise many needed funds for some of the local non-profit organizations here in San Diego county.  

Things I enjoy outside of real estate…. Hiking, walking the beach, reading, gardening (to be honest I don't have a green thumb but I sure do try) I am a foodie and I love to go see live music. I can't tell you how grateful I am to live and work in San Diego. What more could you ask for.

A  dean's list graduate of the prestigious University of San Diego's School of Business, Madison brings her cutting edge knowledge of the latest marketing strategies to maximize the pool of prospective buyers for our client's properties - hence maximizing their return on investment.



During her time at USD, she excelled in classes such as International Consulting, Consumer Behavior, Decision Science and International Finance and Management to name a few. Most notably her Capstone oriented class, Strategic Management, where she was responsible for creating detailed executive summaries by analyzing companies and creating strategic business recommendations for local business owners.


Four years later, she is responsible for marketing client's properties, brand management and client relations. Madison's strengths she brings to the team are her creativity and drive - while thriving on challenges.
